Networking Connections

While the final itinerary may change, the preliminary schedule provides a good sense of the Networking Connections opportunities to network with colleagues from around the world.

Wednesday July 1: Talk and Visit to St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg, Florida is home to many attractions, including the University of South Florida (including the College of Marine Science with its research vessels), The Dali Museum, The Chihuly Exhibition, and a most picturesque main street.  We will visit all of these.

Our bus will pick you up at your conference hotel and drive you St. Petersburg where we will start the day with a self-guided tour of the Dali Museum.  This exhibit is one of the largest in the world.  See images at http://www.thecoolist.com/salvadore-dali-museum-st-petersburg-florida/

We will then have a catered lunch talk on the downtown campus of the University of South Florida.  This will be followed by a tour of the impressive College of Marine Science, including tours of their research vessels.

Enjoy some time downtown and then we make our way to the world famous Chihuly Exhibition at the Morean Art Center.
