The train and bus stations are several blocks from the conference venue but if you have too much luggage, you can take a cab to your accommodations, most likely in old town. Vilnius Bus Station is located in a convenient place, next to the railway station, only a ten-minute walk to the Old Town. This is a perfect opportunity for tourists to visit the most beautiful place of the city within several hours.
