All day networking opportunity to build collegial contacts. (Trakai and Kernave)

Full conference delegates and others who have signed up for this will be picked up at one of the conference hotels and ride by bus to Trakai where we will visit the Trakai castle. As you can see at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trakai_Island_Castle the castle is on an island in Lake Galve and reached by a walking over a long bridge. [If walking this distance is a problem for you, please let us know.]. We will then have a boat ride on Lake Galve with snacks. From there we will continue by bus to have lunch and see Kernave [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kernav%C4%97 ] before returning to Vilnius.

Pickup points are the Amberton Hotel and the Panorama Hotel.  Amberton is a short walk from the Novotel and Artis.

Full conference delegates and others who have signed up for this will be picked up at one of the conference hotels for a guided bus tour of Vilnius that includes entrance to Gediminas Castle, lunch, and many visits to other important sites within the city. This excursion will end at Vilnius University where you can join the tour of the old campus of Vilnius University, sponsored by the University.
