Getting around Phnom Penh
The best way to travel around Phnom Penh is by tuk tuk. Tuk tuks are safe and plentiful. The cost of a tuk tuk is $1USD per kilometre per ride. However, be aware, some drivers will ask for more. They may ask for up to $5/km, or may charge you per passenger. Stick to $1/Km/ride. Or, better still, use the GRAB App on your phone. Grab is easy, honest and transparent. It is the best way to get around Cambodia.

Getting from the Airport
It is less than 10km (6 miles) from the airport to your hotel and to NUM. A taxi from the airport will cost around $20. Booking your trip by taxi using grab will cost around $12. The trip from the airport can take up to an hour, depending on traffic.
NOTE: When asking directions to the conference, locals know it as NUM as in NOOM (the sound of 'OO' as in look). If you ask for the University, or N.U.M or National University of Management - you will be met with confusion.
