Full day tour to build connections with colleagues as we visit and learn about Cambodian culture and history in its full glory and grief.
The day will be split into a morning tour and an afternoon tour, and these tours will be separated by a scrumptious lunch of both local and international delicacies, including grasshopper, terantula, fire ants, and froglets - if you feel up to it.
The morning tour will visit the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda and Wat Phnom.
The afternoon tour will have two options:
- One group will tour the Killing Fields, the S21 Genocide Museum, and the Russian Market.
- The other group will tour the National Museum, the Independence Monument, and the Central Market
Half day tour to build connections with colleagues as we explore Cambodia in more depth.
Followed by a visit to the National University of Management (NUM) to open the conference.
The day will begin with a cruise around some of the Mekong Islands. The day includes a visit to Silk Island, then lunch in Phnom Penh, after which we will travel to NUM for a Welcome by the Rector and the Minister of Education, and then a cockail welcome reception.
