Leslie was the founder of US Doggie Bakery in 2004 in Singapore, he had a vision of providing nutritious meals for dogs using human-grade ingredients. After three years, the third outlet was opened as a franchised business. In 2008, there was a change of the key personnel decided to leave and new business opportunity for Leslie overseas. The future of US Doggie Bakery was at a crossroad and was heading into uncharted waters. Leslie needed to decide whether he would sell the business, continue running, or appoint someone to manage the business.
