This article presents a qualitative, phenomenological case study of Dr. Shirley N. Morejon, Market Executive at Bank of America, exploring how authenticity, structure, and purpose intersect to create impactful leadership. Through three in-depth interviews, the study identifies and analyzes three interrelated themes: Leading with Humanity, Empowering Through Structure, and Purpose and Impact, linking them to established frameworks, including Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment Theory, Path-Goal Theory, Transformational Leadership, and Servant Leadership. The resulting Triad of Purposeful Human-Centered Leadership offers a replicable model for integrating emotional connection, operational clarity, and vision-driven service in practice. Findings suggest that leadership effectiveness emerges not from isolated traits but from the intentional integration of relational, structural, and purpose-driven approaches, fostering trust, autonomy, resilience, and long-term organizational and community impact. While grounded in a single case, this research contributes to both theory and practice by providing an actionable leadership blueprint adaptable across diverse contexts.
