Bryan D Berthot
Muma Case Review  •  Volume 9  •  2024  •  pp. 001-018
Long-term organizational success, particularly in business service industries such as information technology (IT) and software development, has been shown to be linked to ethical behavior by company employees. A project manager (PM) is the “face of the project” for internal and external customers and ideally is an organizational leader in ethical decision-making. This case illustrates what happens when a project manager is faced with multiple ethical quandaries and explains what options the PM has in responding to such situations.
